A cryptographic[1] protocol[2] that allows multiple parties to jointly compute a result without revealing their private inputs.

Defined Terms
1. cryptographic.

Relating to the use of cryptographic techniques, such as encryption and decryption, to secure data and transactions. Cryptographic hashes Unique digital representations of data generated using cryptographic algorithms, commonly used for data integrity verification and security.

2. protocol.

A set of rules that dictate how components will communicate with each other to navigate across network boundaries in a component-based system.
