Andre Rooks

Andre Rooks is a Senior Principal at Mercer where he is responsible for developing strategies and systems that improve the effectiveness of rewards programs. Andre’s presented to industry groups such as the Conference Board, HR Tech, National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, Financial Executives International, Society for Human Resource Management, International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, and the HR Executives group. Andre has also been a guest speaker at Loyola University Chicago and DePaul University. Andre earned a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the University of Illinois and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
