Monica Lloyd

Monica Lloyd currently serves at the PreSales Director and Sales Trainer at Ascentis. Monica has over 25 years as an HR practitioner with experience as a Recruiter, Generalist, Compensation Manager, Trainer, and VP of HR. Monica has managed and developed training programs, run her own training development group, and currently helps train the sales team at Ascentis. She has worked for many different industries including: healthcare, pharmaceuticals, staffing, construction and software. Monica is one of those rare unicorns who actually does what she received her college degree in: a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico, Robert O. Anderson School of Business with a focus in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior.
