Sherrie Webster Brown is a Senior Principal at Mercer where she leads projects in the areas of total rewards strategies, base and compensation pay, incentive pay program design, job evaluation, job leveling, career framework, and implementation strategies that are consistent with business goals and objectives. Sherrie has worked with a broad range of clients ranging from multinational companies with overseas branches and subsidiaries to locally US-based companies in various industries. Sherrie is a frequent speaker on reward topics and has authored several articles including, ‘Spanning the Globe for Quality Pay Data’ (WorldatWork, Survey Handbook & Directory) and ‘The Challenges of International Pay Analysis’ (WorldatWork). Sherrie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from DePaul University. She is a member of WorldatWork where she holds the distinction of Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
